By accessing or using the Speedform website (a product of Lil Dog Productions, LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to 3D models, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Lil Dog Productions, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

3. Products and Purchases

Our products are highly limited, individually hand-finished art pieces. Due to the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process, slight imperfections, variations in paint, or minor deviations from digital renders are an inherent part of the physical product and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud).

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lil Dog Productions, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of any products, regardless of the basis of the claim.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Shipping Policy

Because each batch is produced in highly limited numbers and often hand-finished to order, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your Speedform to be processed and shipped out of our Los Angeles studio. You will receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our facility.

Currently, we ship to the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

2. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the extraordinarily limited production runs and the handcrafted nature of our models, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse."

If your package arrives severely damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the shipping box and the damaged product. We will evaluate transit damages on a case-by-case basis.
